Goods over 50% of RRP price are covered by a one year manufacturing warranty.
This warranty does not cover conditions resulting from consumer mishandling such as improper maintenance or misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration.
Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase for repair or replace;

SHIPPING
The provided delivery date is an estimated date and not an ensured one. Due to external factors, the delivery date could be different from the confirmed date.
Arpelle guarantees delivery except in situations, events or circumstances that are beyond our control (customer is not available, adverse weather conditions, errors in the shipping information, legal procedures, public holidays, etc.).
All products / fabrics of Arpelle are subject to availability, which means that we cannot always deliver the order. We will inform you as soon as possible, if the product you have requested is not available and, if you agree so, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent or higher quality, or of equal value;

REFUND / CANCELLATION OF SALES or LAY BY
No refund on «worn», «change of mind», «bad fit», «wrong size» or «can’t afford it»;
No warranty, refund, or exchange on goods discounted over 50% of RRP price;
Altered goods cannot be exchanged or refunded;
Layby deposit is minimum of 25% of value of goods;
Layby cancellation fee is 35% of total value of goods;
Layby not collected within 8 weeks will be cancelled and deposit paid will be forfeited.
CUSTOM TAILORING POLICY

Arpelle offers a Perfect Fit Guarantee for all its products. This guarantee includes:
Take your garments to any local tailor and we will refund the cost of the alterations*
In those cases where the garment cannot be adjusted, we will proceed to make a similar remake
The following conditions apply for the refund for adjustments:
• You must complain about your order within 7 days after delivery
• Costs will only be reimbursed if you provide a real invoice within 30 days after delivery
• The refunds for adjustments are limited to 5% of the product price.
The following conditions apply for the remakes:
• The original garments should be returned to our quality control center. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
• Style and fabric changes have an additional cost of 20% + difference in the fabric price
• Arpelle reserves the right to deny remakes in circumstances where our professionals consider that tailoring arrangement is the most suitable option, the products are not in perfect condition and the customer does not cooperate with the information requested for the new remake.
Due to the fact that every product is 100% individually custom-tailored and handcrafted just for you, we do not offer refunds. This is standard practice for custom-tailored products as there is no resale value.
Anyway, we will be glad to offer you a remake whether garments can’t be adjusted locally according to our policy.
Please keep in mind that your order will only be processed if you have placed the order correctly and we received authorization from your payment card.
MODIFICATIONS/ PRICES/ ACCURACY OF THE CONTENT
Arpelle offers clothing for both men and women. On the Website, you will find detailed product descriptions and visualizations of the products that can be acquired. While we try to accurately display the colors of our products on the Website, the actual colors you see depend on your monitor and settings of your screen, and we thus cannot guarantee that the colors displayed by your monitor will be exactly the same color of the product at the time of delivery and/or receiving:
• The variations in manufacturing processes, the settings of your monitor and your computer hardware can affect fabrics and product designs, which means that the delivered products may be slightly different in appearance to those shown and described on the Website;
Arpelle reserves the right to make unannounced changes in its Website when considered as appropriate, change, delete or add content and services provided through the same, as well as the way in which they are presented or located on the Website for its improvement and renewal.
