To fit our garments perfectly, you should measure yourself, to do so accurately you need a measuring tape and a friend!

First remove any bulky clothing and stand upright

The measuring tape should be hold snug against your body but not too tight.

  • SHOULDERS

    To measure your shoulders

Your back should be straight, but your shoulders need to hang naturally in a relaxed position.

Place the tape measure from the tip of one shoulder the other, touching the bottom of the collar.

  • ARM HOLE SPACING

    To measure your armhole spacing

Measure the distance from the back at its widest points from each armpit.

Ensure the tape is straight. Insert a finger width.

  • SLEEVE LENGTH

    To measure your sleeve length

The measuring tape must be held at the shoulder seem and laid down along the outside of your bent arm down to your wrist where you want your shirt cuff to finish.

  • ARM HOLE

    To measure your armhole

The measuring tape needs to be wrapped around your armpit starting from the top of your shoulder. Insert a finger width.

  • BUST

    To measure your bust

Slide the tape so that it surrounds your chest and just under your armpits.

Rest it securely around the widest part of your chest, which is often at the nipple line.

  • WAIST

    To measure your waist

Hold the end of the tape measure at your navel and circle it around your waist. If you are having difficulty finding your waist, stand tall and lean over to one side – the point where your body bends is your waist.

The measuring tape should be parallel to the floor and fit snugly around your torso without digging into your skin.

    Insert a finger width.

  • HIPS

    To measure your hips

Wrap the measuring tape straight and snug around the widest part of your hips. Insert a finger width.
